- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

- Free users receive 2 one-time credits upon registration
- Paid subscribers receive monthly credit allocations
- Credits are used for image generation and cannot be transferred or refunded
- Unused credits expire according to your plan terms
- You retain ownership of images you generate through our Service
- Commercial use rights are determined by your subscription plan (see License)
- We do not claim ownership of your generated content
- We do not use your generated images to train AI models
Our website, platform interface, and original content are owned by NB Pro and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You agree not to:
- Generate content that violates laws or regulations
- Create images depicting illegal activities, hate speech, or discriminatory content
- Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights
- Impersonate real individuals without consent
- Generate explicit NSFW content prohibited by our AI providers
- Use automated tools to abuse or exploit the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer or extract our AI models
- Resell or redistribute Service access without authorization
Our Service relies on third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Replicate, etc.). You agree to:
- Comply with their respective terms of service
- Accept that we are not liable for their service interruptions or policy changes
- Understand that generated content may be subject to their content policies
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice
- Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Generate prohibited content
- Engage in abusive behavior toward our service or team
- Use the Service fraudulently
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- You may lose access to generated images stored on our platform
- No refunds will be provided for violations
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- NB Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party claims arising from your use of generated images
- We are not liable for AI provider service interruptions or changes
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including:
- Availability, reliability, or accuracy
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Specific quality or consistency of generated images
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws and regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where NB Pro operates.
